"If you're looking for a charming place that captures the authentic character of Nice, this is an ideal place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach, with beautiful surroundings. It's also about a 15-minute walk from the tram, which makes it easy to explore Nice and get around the city. Air conditioning, clean room and friendly staff. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we're in Nice!"

"Michel’s mini‑villa was a very, very positive and charming surprise. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of lovely spots to relax, and the jacuzzi was wonderful and refreshing in the summer heat. The outdoor kitchen was truly delightful, and everything worked perfectly together. A beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and everything was incredibly well‑maintained and spotlessly clean. And best of all: the peace and quiet.As a host, Michel was exceptionally welcoming. Communication both before and during our stay was excellent. Michel had great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. We told him that we enjoy snorkeling and diving, and we gladly accepted his offer of a boat trip in his own boat, where we sailed to Antibes and the nearby islands.We can wholeheartedly recommend Michel and his place, and we would be more than happy to return."
