「Generally a great hotel and I was very grateful to the man who helped me get a taxi at short notice to fit my snowboard, but I was very disappointed to learn the spa isn’t available at all times and you have to book in advance and pay to use it. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and it seems stingy to have to pay again for something that’s already part of the hotel.
