Equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the essentials for home cooking, it's perfect for everything from a quick breakfast before a reef adventure to sharing fresh local seafood over dinner. The dining table offers another welcoming space to gather over meals and plan the day's adventures.



The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, direct access to the main balcony, captivating sea views and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite adds another layer of comfort with twin vanities, a walk-in shower and a large bath, perfect for refreshing after a day exploring Tropical North Queensland. The second bedroom features a king bed which can be split into two king-singles with prior request, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Both rooms share direct access to a second balcony overlooking the city skyline and mountain ranges. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower provides added convenience for groups.



Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the living area and bedrooms ensure year-round comfort. A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, secure garage parking for one vehicle, and lift access, adds everyday convenience.
