The hotel staff were all excellent. The hotel is undergoing renovations and out room hasn’t yet been renovated, so it was quite dated, which is reflected in the price. A great stay, thanks.

Well, what can you say, you pay for what you get, it's a good hotel, the staff are lovely, unfortun1tely, the room is not what on the advertised photos, we have been here for four days and never had our room done, towels replaced etc, the room door doesn't have a chain or extra security on it, also they are a little run down, if you on a budget it's a good place to stay, bed is very comfortable, I would probably stay here again.

The view from our room was wonderful, though it was a fair walk to the main restaurant hub. It's a shame the property doesn't have a restaurant of its own operating, but there's one nearby. It looks like the place is being freshened up a bit, which is good. It has great potential. The air con in our room was a bit hit and miss, but luckily the weather was lovely. We enjoyed our stay here.

There’s a HUGE difference between the AI photos and the REALITY Of this place, what a shame using AI to cheat about the hotel. The only good thing is the location and ocean view, other than that I don’t recommend it at all. It should be one star hotel instead of 3-star hotel, btw, they don’t even clean the room in a full week stay…

We liked the position of the property and the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately the property was extremely poorly maintained and the rooms were old and shabby with a musty smell. Overall the property desperately needs investment to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

The staff were amazing, property was clean and you have all the room facilities you need, great pool, due to the fact the resort was closed for 3yrs and had only reopened 3wks before we came it was in good condition, can’t wait to come back and see the place after the renovations, a big thank you to Lindy and the rest of the staff for being so lovely, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Staff were lovely - it has a 24/7 reception team. Our room had an updated modern bathroom but the remaining part of the room was still very dated and unrefurbished. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable. One of the elevators was down at the time of our stay, but the other was working. It is a great location, beach was right out the front and you can walk to cainrs city along the waterfront in under 20mins.
