Deplorable Communication and Filthy Hygiene

Firstly, if you message the property manager, they likely won't respond for weeks. It took them three weeks for them to respond about a military discount. Secondly, the place was DIRTY! We weren't the first because the guest log book was full of complaints about the filth. No one must clean this property. You're paying for someone to clean but they don't. We didn't realize the beds were full of sand until we started to put our children to bed. We had to stop and wash the bedsheets before we could sleep in them. Someone literally just made the bed without washing the sandcastles out the sheets. No toilet paper. The vents were caked thick with black dirt. The floor was covered in sand and dog hair. No one had swept. We couldn't trust anything after that. I would give cleanliness a zero if I could. I won't be returning and will avoid any rental by this company.
