「The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience.」

「The property and location were great, so we're all of the staff and features like the pools and restaurants. The only major gripe was with the bed, it was so hard and terrible me and my partner preferred sleeping on the fold out bed from the couch after 2 days because we both started to have awful back pain, and both of us are active young people.
