We were a bit scared for the state of the home due to some other reviews below, but honestly nothing to be afraid of. Yes, the house is a bit old but other than that it was more than okay. There is a big garage that we used as our gym, the room in the garage and toilet were okay. No humidity. The space in the living room and dining room was very big, so ideal for the 8 of us. The kids loved the space upstairs to play when it was too hot outside. The kitchen was well equipped. We were nothing short. The other rooms were fine as well. There is a big terrace outside and a gated pool. The pool was a little bit chilly, but a nice refreshment. Another plus is that there are shutters on every window. So actually a very pleasant stay for us!

Jour d'arrivée : maison avec du monde dans la piscine encore à 15h. Pas de WIFI : malgré des relances. Humidité dans le sous sol impossible de dormir dans la chambre. Aurais aimé avoir des informations sur l'alarme de la piscine, sonne quand il y a du vent. A l'arrivée, yaourt à boire vide a côté du barbecue, bouteille d'eau vide dans les rosiers.

Good, relaxing house. All amenities were good. Basement bedroom a bit misleading but ok. Very good for the price!

Wij hadden uitgekeken naar onze vakantie in de Dordogne, maar dit was niet wat w ...

Wij hadden uitgekeken naar onze vakantie in de Dordogne, maar dit was niet wat wij ervan verwachten. De streek is prachtig maar de accommodatie was zeker niet in orde. Wij zouden een paar uur voor aankomst bellen naar de beheerder, maar kregen steeds het antwoordapparaat, na verschillende keren bellen werden we dan teruggebeld met de vermelding het huis is in orde, sleutels liggen op een bepaalde plaats ook bij vertrek niet gezien Aangekomen in het huis bleek het zwembad vol groene aanslag te zitten, helemaal niet onderhouden. De tuin stond vol onkruid, de stenen tuintafel vol vetvlekken, losliggende stenen op de tuinmuur. De douche is helemaal niet onderhouden, vol schimmel!! De temperatuurregeling van de douchekraan werkt niet, water is altijd te heet. De temperatuurregeling van de oven in de keuken werkt niet, opletten want de croissants zijn zwart (zelfs op laagste stand). Behangpapier in de slaapkamer komt overal los. Huis is voorzien voor 8 personen maar weet dat er dan 2 mensen in de kelder moeten slapen. Na verschillende mails naar Belvilla werd het zwembad gereinigd en is er geprobeerd om de silicone te vervangen maar de schimmel zit zo diep dat de volledige douche moet gereinigd worden. Jammer voor ons want wij hadden maar 2 dagen vakantie meer. Keukenmateriaal is heel weinig en een allegaartje van bijeengesprokkeld materiaal niet echt voorzien op 8 personen. Jammer dat ik de foto's niet kan uploaden, dit zou alles visueel duidelijk maken.

De omgeving is superrustig, Calamane is echt een klein, rustiek dorpje. Cahors ...

De omgeving is superrustig, Calamane is echt een klein, rustiek dorpje. Cahors is vlakbij en is wel een levendige, leuke stad. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, geen last van buren, inkijk is ook heel beperkt. De villa is ruim en is voorzien van alles. De kinderen hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in het zwembad, voor de jongste (3) was het water wel wat te koud. De keuken en badkamer waren netjes, fijn dat er wat basisspullen zoals koffiefilters, zout, afwasblokjes, ... aanwezig waren, alsook de fles wijn bij aankomst! In de speelhoek waren er talrijke leuke spelletjes aanwezig. Wij hadden hier een hele fijne vakantie!

Wij hadden een fijne vakantie maar hadden iets meer verwacht van het huis. Posit ...

Wij hadden een fijne vakantie maar hadden iets meer verwacht van het huis. Positief mooie leefruimte, op de bovenplaats hebben de kinderen alle plaats om te spelen, praktische keuken, slaapkamers op gelijkvloers waren best ok en het zwembad zorgde voor goede afkoeling. Het huis is ook zeer centraal gelegen om diverse uitstappen te maken. Negatief je merkt dat het huis al geruime tijd wordt verhuurd en misschien niet altijd met het nodige respect (verzameling van verschil. glazen, tassen, borden, enz.., ritsen kapot van zetelhoezen, veel tegeltjes weg in het zwembad, ..., maar we waren vooral wat teleurgesteld over de slaapkamer “souterrain”. Deze bevind zich in een onafgewerkte garage waardoor de kamer niet alleen klam aanvoelt maar het er ook wat muf ruikt (vooral in het toilet).

Wij hebben een zeer goede vakantie gehad. Het is er zeer rustig en je kan er goed wandelen. Het is geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen die enkel gaan voor de rust. Het huis is zeer proper en ruim, de bedden zijn zeer goed en de kuisvrouw is heel vriendelijk. het zwembad is zeker groot genoeg en je heb een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. We zijn naar Calamane geweest en het was zeer leuk. Het is een heel klein dorpje, maar de ligging op een heuvel is zeer mooi en het uitzicht is ook heel mooi. Iedereen is er zeer vriendelijk. we hebben een markt gedaan in Cahors en het was wel interessant als je wijn- of foie grasliefhebber bent. Kortom, wij hebben een super vakantie gehad en we kunnen de villa aan iedereen aanbevelen

Een fantastische vakantie in een perfecte villa! Het zwembad was buitengewoon prettig en met een uitstekende onderhoudsman was elk probleempje binnen een dag opgelost. Zeer goed gelegen om de LOT te ontdekken.

Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis met zwembad. Het huis is ruim, de tuin is ruim, het zwembad is perfect en de Lot is een erg leuke streek. Op warme zomerdagen zijn de kamers aan de voorkant van het huis wel erg warm om in te slapen.
