Holiday Home 'Cri' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

The holiday home 'Cri' is independent, offers sea views, an equipped garden, and ample free street parking in front of the entrance gate. The property consists of:



Fenced and paved outdoor area, gazebo with table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

Ground floor: living room, kitchenette, full bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom and crib, all on the same level as the parking area.

Upper floor: a double bedroom with an extra single bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, small bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, sink, and mirror, plus a covered veranda. All beds are SOMMIER (SIMMONS bed system). All windows have mosquito nets.



The house is close to the center and all essential services.

The 'Sotto Torre' beach can also be reached on foot, being about 900 meters from the house. It has shallow waters and crystal-clear sea, with a splendid view of San Pietro Island. Other nearby beaches are Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande, and Cala Lunga, all with kiosks and services. A shuttle service to the beaches is available (for an extra fee).



For those who love cliffs, the island offers many coves and, depending on the wind, always a sheltered spot. In the area, you can enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, trekking, scuba diving, horse riding, canoeing and sailing lessons, and fishing.



Wi-Fi connection is not available, but mobile data reception is good.



The manager will ask you to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian law. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request (for an extra fee). Only one child per stay is allowed (aged 0 to 2 years).
