“櫃台小姐的英文非常好，有問必答，熱情又友善。第二天由於我們很早要離開，吃不到早餐，工作人員幫我們把早餐裝袋備好，還睡在大廳等我們，實在太令人感動了!行李可以寄放到從馬丘比丘下來，是非常貼心的服務。唯一的缺點大概是浴室熱水供應不太穩定。”

“Overall, you get what you pay for - not too many amenities bit staff are friendly and place is vlean enough. We went in the winter (July) so quite cold at night (no heat, lots of blanket). Area can be quite loud at night too.”

“Cleanest hotel/ hostel ive ever stayed in! The host picked us up and when we couldn’t get ubers he dropped us off at places. The family was so kind and made us fresh breakfast at times that worked best for us! We felt so safe and so comfortable, if we come back to Peru we will definitely stay here again. ”

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
