「Wunderschöne Anlage, eine ehemalige Mühle, aber jetzt fast ein Märchenschloss. Bei über 30° war der Abstecher vom Camino den Berg hinauf nicht ganz leicht, aber es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Bad im kühlen Pool kann man wahrscheinlich nur an wenigen Tagen im Jahr so sehr genießen. Sehr gutes 3 Gänge-Menue am Abend, preislich etwas gehoben, aber das war es wert.」
