O apartamento é muito bom e tem tudo o que precisei, o filtro é excelente e ajuda pordemais, só uma observação a fechadura dentro está precisando de reparo e a limpeza não estava 10 .

Perfeito porém com pontos de Atenção

Quanto ao contato e retorno do proprietário tudo certo, responde muito rápido e prestativo. A localização, estrutura, apartamento tudo ótimo. --- Ponto de Atenção -- Devido as regras de segurança do Riviera, não estão limpando, retirando lixo etc... Porém o Riviera deveria ao um hospede sair deveria limpar e arrumar o apartamento para entrada do próximo, entrei e o apartamento estava muito sujo, liguei na recepção para limparem e informaram que não estão limpando os apartamentos, então tive que comprar pano de chão, saco de lixo para limpar e deixar o apartamento habitável. Sei que não é cupa do proprietário mas é um ponto que talvez não esteja sabendo e possa cobrar do Riviera.

Tem tudo para ser uma boa hospedagem!

Pontos positivos, apartamento bom , funcional, boas piscinas, ótimo preço. Pontos negativos, demorou uma hora e meia o check in, proprietário alegou ser devido a pandemia, porém não é segundo outros hóspedes , depois o hóspede anterior sai eles tem até 3 horas para entregar a chave, absurdo, isso numa segunda feira, imagino final de semana. Na área das piscinas vi funcionários não pode consumir nada, vi chamar atenção por causa de um Yakult.

Funcionários educados, piscinas sempre limpas, flat em bom estado com cozinha completa, ótima localização. Tem vários elevadores mas são pequenos, com muitas filas e não tem do segundo subsolo direto para os quartos, o que se torna complicado por causa das malas. No geral, avaliação 8.

Apartamento ótimo, tudo muito limpo, funcionários atenciosos e educados porém o proprietário do imóvel deixa a desejar... Faltou orientações, liguei para tentar resolver não resolveu nada, e depois não atendeu mais minhas ligações e me bloqueou no WhatsApp, precisei de ajuda da minha advogada . Mas recomendo que alugue o Riviera porém diretamente lá .

Apartamento muito bem equipado, tudo novo. Pessoal da limpeza muito educados. A única coisa ruim é que há muitas proibições na área das piscinas. A direção podia ser mais de boa, as crianças não podem pular nas piscinas , e ter restrições de tamanhos na área infantil é um absurdo , hj em dias as criancas são grandes no tamanho, mas na idade tem menos de 10 anos. Precisam rever isso, pois estamos de férias. O proprietário é muito educado e prestativo. Recomendo.

O imóvel em si é razoável, mas os pequenos problemas deixaram a estadia nem tão agradável.

Uma semana antes da estadia o dono nem se lembrava que eu iria, assim esqueceu de mandar a autorização no hotel e fiquei 1:30h esperando na recepção até ele mandar. Pedi no nono andar, ele reservou o do segundo que é uma barulheira. O controle do ar não funcionou e ele simplesmente ignorou isso e ignorou minhas mensagens (passei muito calor). Pedem para lavar as louças mas não deixam uma bucha e pano. Duchinha do banheiro quebrada molhava o banheiro inteiro. Banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto constante. Pra completar uma tv doida q mudava de canal sozinha. No geral não foi tão agradável. Faltou muita atenção do dono.

Excelente serviço do hotel de primeira desde a recepção até a manutenção. Segurança o tempo todo. Serviço do restaurante de muita qualidade e atendimento do pessoal de primeira. Só apresentou um problema. não existe muitas opções para quem tem intolerância à glutén e diabetes. Outro problema para quem gosta de treinar natação era o horário que se abre a piscina coberta, se puder ser mais cedo com acesso só para quem gosta de treinar seria muito bom.

Gostaria de parabenizar toda a equipe desse Hotel, fui muito bem recebida e atendida com cortesia e com largos sorrisos por todos desde a recepção à manutenção. Agradecimento especial ao pessoal da recepção que esclareceu e me orientou, assim como o pessoal do refeitório com fartura e boas opções. Gostaria de fazer uma sugestão: comidas tanto no café da manhã, almoço, como na janta para pessoas que tem intolerância ao glutén e a açúcares, pois somos muitos. O jantar de Reveillon estava simplesmente incrível, para todos os sabores. Gratidão aos trabalhadores desse grande hotel.
