I had a good experience at Villa Alejandro. They did not have a front desk but the virtual reception was prompt and very helpful. You must register in advanced before they provide you with code to access to key to your room. I stayed at Casita 3 and it was clean and spacious. It has a nice private ...

We had problems getting the staff to clean our rooms or restock our fresh water or do our laundry. There are no employees that stay on site. They are brought in by van daily and don’t stay long. All communication is via a chat bot
