“Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!”

“This home provides a very relaxing, inviting, and beautiful environment for a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly loved staying our 4 nights here. The house is close to so many things to do: hiking, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open space, Pikes Peak, great restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. ”

“Worked out perfectly for our little reunion we had. The house was in great condition and was cleaned well prior to us coming. No green pool, no dust bunnies, sheets on all of the beds, and plenty of towels too. Given some of the bad reviews in the past I was actually pleasantly surprised that none of those things were an issue, and they deserve 5 stars for that, for sure. The owner is a tad overly strict with her rules but we still had a great time and only felt like we were walking on eggshells……

“Kathryn was so nice throughout this whole time and we really enjoyed the property. There were tons of activities that you could do within the property that you wouldn’t know what you would want to explore first. Every room is beautiful and comes with so much space. This property will definitely meet everyone’s needs and I highly recommend this for anyone with a large family/group of friends. Will 100% book again for the next time I will need all my friends and family with me. ”

“LOVED staying in this cozy cottage! I stayed by myself and everything was very neat and tidy. Seemed modern, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Sheets were COMFORTABLE I wish I took a picture of the tag. The only thing I did not like was that I was myself and a lil scared but the after the first night I got used to it and it felt like home. They had all the pots, pans, water filter, everything a normal home would have. ”
