" The studio was clean and had a fresh feel upon arrival. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress, so was unable to have a good night's sleep and ended up having a sore back. We only received a payment confirmation email which had no address for where the studio was situated and went to the address on the receipt which turned out to be the rental office. Unfortunately, they weren’t particularly helpful and insisted the information had been sent,...
