I wasn't sure about the location as I have never been to Jervis Bay. Callala Beach turns out to be a secret paradise; the cabin was steps away from the beautiful white sandy beach. November can be quite temperate, and the sea was chilly but invigorating. We had a lovely time staying at Quays Cabin. If you go there, make sure you eat at the local Pizziera; it has fabulous homemade pizza.
