“Everything the best”

“Excellent facilities, but bar staff appeared unhappy & were rude, gave poor or no service & everything was overpriced. If you set high prices, then provide a top level service. The management fail to deliver. We used the Britannia pub (next door) & found many hotel guests there too, including all inclusive guests with loads of complaints! To end on a positive, the housekeeping was excellent. They were left a tip.”

“Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.”

“Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!”

“Love the design of the hotels! The restaurant SEEN in the resort is great too!”

Had a lovely surprise for my special birthday coming up with ballons and cake and cava all special.touches .in the villa on arrival. We have now extended our stay ,and we were upgraded to another villa. Well what can I.say ,I was blown away with the Duchess villa but now in a Princess villa it is just amazing.

“Camera pulita, Personale cordiale. Alcuni servizi da rivedere, come il bollitore a pagamento e il servizio consegna asciugamani chiuso all'orario di pranzo. Il cibo abbondante ma si può migliorare la qualità. Nel complesso siamo stati bene.”

“We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The……

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”

“The location is excellent for tourist. Clean and tidy. Room allocated up to our expectation with excellent breakfast. Staff are helpful and efficiency. ”
