「Communication was smooth! The house was beautiful - everything was very clean and smelled wonderful walking in. There was welcome snacks and she even provided cups for the Kurig. The house is in a very cute and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were outside walking their dogs and kids were outside playing basketball. We really enjoyed staying at this property!」

「First ! We LOVED the location. Watching the waves and seeing the sunset was spectacular. What wasn’t so great was the non communication about the garage parking/ permit. Had to have security staff help me AFTER them telling me what to do. There was paper on the floor , hair balls on couch and on the floor.and bobbi pins under a chair. Crusted food on the counter.Clearly a rushed cleaning or didnt care about how it was done. Remote to tv in master bedroom was missing , and the tv in the bunk room...

「All expectations were met.
Clean room. What's not on the listing is the room came equipped with dumb bells, yoga equipment and coffee.
Nice added features. It was a short walk from the SPLASH CLUB which is a +plus!!!
Really nice exclusive units make it feel VIP. Not like one of those high rise buildings where your car is lost in the parking garage.
Definitely a wonderful experience」

「Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution」
