Fabulous communication from Mark from start to end. He informed us about everything about the house and including the best of the local area. Lots of information in the house too. Host was brilliant with a lovely hamper and flowers thank you , fell in love with the cottage situated in a perfect place. Log burner and hot tub was amazing, very relaxing week and will be back

It is an excellent base for visiting north and south coasts and the moors. We have been to Cornwall many times, usually to the coast. We chose Callington for access to the moors, but also managed two beach days, one north, one south.
