    "Nimes", 5-room villa 88 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and fan. Nice villa, great pool, good location

Clean, well equipped villa, ceiling fans in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, pedestal fans also available, plus arcon in main living area. Excellent pool, warm, plus nice gradually sloped depth, perfect for families. Good outdoor seating area, also with overhead fan, a nice touch. Main negative was the lack of good kitchen knives for cutting bread & prepping food.

Sommerurlaub 2025

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Lage ,die Ausstattung im Haus ist ok und liebevoll zusammen gestellt. Im Aussenbereich fehlt es leider an Pflege und mache Bereiche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Boolebahn ist total verwittert. Unkraut wächst um den Pool.Den Poolskimmer und die Dusche im OG haben wir selbst gereinigt da nichts mehr ging…. für diesen Preis nicht in Ordnung… Man sollte außerdem den Urlauber mitteilen das die Einfahrt sehr eng ist .. links rechts 5cm Platz mit unserem SUV.

Quelques détails à améliorer

Étant arrivés le matin, l'agence nous a demandé de repasser l'après-midi. Or l'agence est restée fermée cet après-midi là (Fête St-Jean). Dommage pour l'information erronée et les heures d'attente inutiles. Dans les douches, les parties rouillées doivent absolument être remplacées. Cela coûterait moins de 100 euros et permettrait de laisser une première impression positive. Sinon belle situation très tranquille mais avec beaucoup de moustiques.

gedateerd

Badkamer boven is gedateerd. Keuken is minimalistisch en als 2 pitten kookplaat tegelijk aan stonden sloeg de stop er uit. Te weinig zitplaatsen in woonkamer. Ledikanten BG hadden afgebroken knoppen waardoor deze scherpe randen hadden (gevaarlijk in het donker). Matrassen kunnen beter (op BG leken we de veren te voelen en moesten we er dekbedden op leggen om het gevoel te verminderen) Ligbedden bij zwembad kapot en te weinig.

Gesamteindruck

Das Haus lag Tipp Topp aber wir kannten die Umgebung auch schon seit ca. 30 Jahren. Der Poolbereich hat einen Sonnenschirm und sonst keine Schattenplätze bis ca. 14:00 Uhr. Die Liegestühle waren schon sehr alt, defekt und unbequem. Die Überzüge der Kissen waren viel zu klein und daher musste eine Rolle als Kissen genutzt werden. War sehr unbequem. Die Dusche im im oberen Bad war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (Brause verkalkt und alt, rostiges Gestell für Duschablage, Licht sehr dunkel). Bei Interhome konnte leider niemand Deutsch und daher war die Kommunikation schwierig da wir nicht so Gut Englisch sprechen. Wir waren schon etliche Wochen in den Ferien in der Cabanas aber dies war leider das schlechteste Haus das wir je gemietet haben. Sorry für die Bewertung aber wir würde das Haus nicht mehr mieten.
