“This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation.”

“Perfect home base for our son’s graduation from MTU. The cottage was spotless and cozy. Location was a quick 30” trip into Houghton but far enough away from tech to avoid the congestion of a graduation weekend. Such a gem to be located right on beautiful Lake Superior. We’ve already booked a stay for next year! ”

“Our family, 3 generations and furry friends throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely furnished and yard had amazing view for star gazing, bonfire and smores. Lots of privacy in secluded woods and wildlife. Jason & Misty were quick to respond. Would stay again if come back to this area to visit. In just a short stay we covered a lot of area, Calumet Waterworks park just a mile down the road for rock hunting and went to Copper harbor drove up the mountain. ”

“This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. The stairs going up into the main part of the property are very steep with small steps, and we had to carry our big dog down them to get him outside. “The cabin was in a nice location. The driveway needs a little maintenence. It was rough driving in and out. The cabin over all reminded me of our hunting shack, but with an upgrade. It was nice for us because we didnt need anything fancy. The cabin was private, relaxing, close to our favorite beach and we had everything we needed to enjoy our get away. We all slept very well and enjoyed the no use of electric devices for a few days. ”
