Enjoying a privileged location, this T2 apartment of 35 m2 provides a feeling of well-being. A terrace provides a superb panorama of the citadel of Calvi.

It can accommodate 2 people, with a bedroom with a 140 bed with its large closet.

The living area includes a kitchen area, a living room with a TV and a dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood.

Its bathroom includes: walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and free WI-FI internet connection

A secure parking space is allocated to the apartment, although it is possible to do everything on foot (shopping, beach, downtown), and this without elevation.

The apartment is a recent construction, it is very well soundproofed.

On request, household linen can be provided at the expense of the tenant.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. For other periods please contact us.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Strand, Innenstadt und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr gut ist der zugehörige Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof. Die Straße vor dem Haus bringt natürlich Verkehrsgeräusche mit sich, aber die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon entschädigen

Appartement très bien placé : on est près de tout (plage,port,commerces). On a eu du mal à repartir surtout avec un très beau temps et une eau de mer constante à 24º
