"Het is een sober ingericht appartement met enkele hotel faciliteiten. De omschrijving op Vrbo doet echter meer vermoeden. Na vragen/klachten hierover leek in eerste instantie een oplossing te komen. Maar plotsklaps werd er via email in het spaans gecommuniceerd en stopte de communicatie helemaal toen ik (net als daarvoor) in het engels bleef communiceren. Om onze vakantie verder niet te laten beïnvloeden hebben we het daarbij gelaten."

"Really fabulous hotel, with excellent staff. We had a wonderful stay and could not fault the hotel on anything. Lovely ambiance and decor, great buffet breakfast and very pleased with our room - and it's balcony with sea view. Unfortunately, our phones were stolen from Magaluf beach (while we swam) - a common occurrence by all accounts - but the hotel staff at reception went above and beyond to help us and made a terrible situation more manageable. There is a lovely cove area to swim in below the pool area and the pool area as well as its bar and the roof bar were also excellent and well staffed. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel. It's very clean, and all the staff were lovely, freindly and helpful, especially when checking in. Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Lovely fresh juice, and teas and coffee. Pool area gad plenty of sunbeds and was kept clean. Ver close to pubs, restraunts and the beach. Only criticism is, the bedrooms are not big, and have limited space for clothing. Need to live out of your case. Though this time we had a 3 bed room, so was bigger than our previous stay."

"A Gem in Illetas, Mallorca – A Wonderful Place with a Big Heart! Hotel Bon Sol is a truly magical place that wins you over from the very first moment! It is far more than just a typical holiday hotel; it feels like a medieval castle thanks to the impressive collection of artwork displayed at every turn. The gardens are an absolute paradise, and the pool areas offer total relaxation. What makes this place so special, however, is the people. The fact that it is a family-run hotel shows in every single detail. The owner is constantly present among the guests, extremely attentive and involved, making sure everyone feels right at home. A special shout-out goes to the staff, especially Aziza from the beach restaurant – an incredible person! Always smiling, extraordinarily hard-working, helpful, and constantly around to make sure you have everything you need, bringing such positive energy to the day. The food was also exceptional – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It is the perfect place to feel pampered and truly valued."

"Amazing value for a single room, great destination for solo travellers - especially solo women as it was so safe and the staff were so friendly! Great location, especially for picking up the local buses. Really easy to get the bus to the airport (A11 route very cheap, quicker and cheaper than airport transfer coaches), back to Palma or to the beaches along the coast to the West. Lots of walking routes, buffet really delicious, mini fridge in the room and Aldi 10 mins walk away to stock up on snacks and drinks for your room to have on the balcony. Dreamy solo destination"
