Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 42 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (screen sharing via your mobile device). For families, a baby bed and high chair are available to rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.



Enjoy your private uncovered terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for you to relax. For those who enjoy activities, there’s a shared playground, table tennis, billiards, and sports equipment.



You can bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on the property. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking is available for one car per accommodation. Access to the laundry room is available for an extra charge.



You can rent mountain bikes on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra charge on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except in the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the accommodation and shared spaces.
