CAMBO LES BAINS, C142: One-bedroom apartment in a small building, 3rd floor with elevator. Very bright main room, double bed (140cm), 2 armchairs, TV, small separate kitchen, bathroom with toilet, small balcony/terrace with garden table and chairs, storage room, parking.
Small pets allowed. No internet access.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels: €8.
