Beautiful Oceanfront Home With Spectacular Views. 17 steps to the beach!

This beautifully remodeled oceanfront home features an open floor plan with spectacular panoramic ocean views. This spacious home offers two large bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen features upgraded cabinets, granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The oversized kitchen island serves as both a chef station and eat-in bar. The great room boasts beautiful wood beam ceilings and a great stone fireplace. Watch the otters and sea lions play while you sip your morning coffee at your favorite perch in each room – all have magnificent views! BBQ every night on the natural flagstone patio as you watch the kayakers and paddle boarders go by. A private stairway in the back yard leads to the water, sandy beach and the most beautiful tide pools on the west coast. Large flat screen TV and wireless internet.
The $275.00/night includes rent for two guests. Any additional guest is charged $50.00 per person per night. If you would like to reserve extra nights less than 30 days for the extra guests please contact host.

Pet fee is an additional $150.00 per month.

Located just a few short blocks from the stunning Marine Terrace walk, and other scenic hikes in the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve.

Oceanfront Living

This is an amazing property. The Pacific Ocean is essentially in your backyard. Seals, otters, dolphins and whales were visible almost daily. The home itself is very cozy and contained everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. The host, Jim lives next door and was extremely responsive to any of our inquiries. In fact, we really enjoyed spending time with Jim because he is so friendly and knowledgeable about the entire community of Cambria. We will be back!

Amazing!

Our 6 week stay here was simply amazing! The house is well laid out containing all the comforts of home. The many windows throughout the house provide awesome ocean views. Saw many otters, dolphins, birds, and whale spouts right from the living area. Evening skies were filled with stars and even caught a full moon! Jim is a wonderful host and was very accommodating. We absolutely love this place and have called it our “Cambria home”!

A piece of paradise

You can look for rentals up and down the central California coast, but you will not find a view as breathtaking as this. Waves splash against the rocks and soothe your soul. Sea otters float on the surf providing endless entertainment. Pelicans, seagulls, and cormorants punctuate the sky. A solo whale sales by on the horizon. You see it all from your own stone patio, and through the panoramic windows, spanning the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The days are peaceful; the sunsets stunning. At night the sky fills with stars, and you can see the light from the historic Piedras Blancas lighthouse. The house sits atop a rocky shore, so there’s no beach traffic to disturb you, but public beach access is just a few doors away. Cambrians walk for exercise and enjoyment. A walking park is two blocks to the south, the trails of the Fiscalini Ranch preserve begin about a mile to the north, and the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk is two miles up the coast. Downtown Cambria, with its independent eateries and shops, is over the hill and across Route 1. You won’t find a chain store or restaurant for many miles. The house was built in the 1960s. The furnishings are old, but a recent remodel turned the kitchen into a gourmet delight and made the master bath spa-like with a luxurious walk-in shower. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Choosing this property may be one of the best decisions you make. It’s a little piece of paradise you’ll never want to leave.
