Group bookings are not accepted.

Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
