Buen apartamento cerca de la playa
La localizacion y los servicios que tiene .
Muy cerca de la playa.
El parking y el ascensor era una necesidad porque llevaba una perdona mayor.
Muy comodo para nosotros con el aire acondicionado

Vacances gâchées par le bruit
La superficie et l'agencement de l'appartement rien à dire de négatif, par contre très mal situé, voie de chemin de fer à moins de 5m derrière et ligne de bus juste devant, même avec fenêtres fermées les nuisances sonores ont été insupportables pour nous et nos enfants (chambre enfants juste devant l'ascenseur). L'appartement était sale, congélateur totalement givré, cafetière inutilisable (elle a été remplacée le jour même ainsi qu'un des matelas de la chambre d'enfant car très très sale), rideau taché, appartement vieillissant, murs tachés et j'en passe. Pour le prix que nous avons payés nous nous sommes fait avoir en beauté, cela est inadmissible.
Points positifs : wifi, climatisation, et proximité des commerces à pieds.
En gros nous ne reviendrons jamais
