The spacious deck area is a wonderful place to sit to watch for eagles, geese and other wildlife that are abundant to the area while the fire pit is a cozy place for a family evening gathering for story sharing . An empty boat slip awaits anyone who would like to bring a boat or rent one from one of the local marinas. Excellently located to several State Parks, Nashville, Jackson, Memphis and many other areas. Hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, duck hunting, horseback riding are just a few of the recreational activities available to the area. *****Fall and winter Kentucky Lake levels are managed by TVA and can be VERY SHALLOW (or no water at all) at this property from Labor Day to April/May. I have no control over the level of water and do not know from day to day what it might be. If you have questions or concerns about the lake level, please message owner with any questions. You can also use the TVA lake information app. Check-In is 4:00 and Check-out is 11:00 a.m..
