As it appears that this is actually someone's residence and not just a rental, it has absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine you would need, and of high quality. "Waterfront" is true but a bit of a misnomer as it is across the street and not really visible through the trees. The "beach" is rocky and not a place for a towel or swim - just be aware. Parking was super easy, and the house was perfect for our family of four! The bathroom is very big so there was plenty of space to get ready. The laundry room was also large and was very convenient.
