Built and designed by the owners, these two adjoining holiday cottages have been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a good standard. Ground Floor:

Living room: Smart TV, Woodburner

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, French Doors Leading To Garden

Separate Toilet.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV

Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed terraced garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Natural water supply from borehole. There are steps in the garden. Built and designed by the owners, these two adjoining holiday cottages have been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a good standard. Each boasts its own enclosed garden with patio and has a countryside backdrop. With oak floors and furniture, and TVs in all bedrooms, these holiday cottages have a contemporary feel but with the charm and style of a cottage. Just 2 miles from the market of Camelford with its shops and pubs and just a few miles from the north coast, these cottages are ideally situated to visit Bude, Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur or Port Isaac, where the TV series Doc Martin is filmed. Visit Padstow, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, and Newquay with its famous surfing beaches and zoo, or go inland to Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project and also the many gardens of the south coast. Shops 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.

Good property. Kitchen was well equipped but we did struggle with the oven. We went at a very wet Easter and the house was warm enough once we put the heating on. Beds were comfortable. Location is ok, like most places in Cornwall, you have to travel to get anywhere. We’d stay here again
