「House is very nice and roomy. Perfect for a family. The pool looked inviting but it was a little too chilly for us to use it. Zhong was very responsive when we had an issue and took care of things immediately. This would be a perfect house if you need to work remotely as there were several areas to set up your space.」

「Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs.」

「Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.」

「Quail Meadows Ranch exceeded our expectations! The house and property were stunning. There was so much to do and see. We especially loved cooking in the kitchen and we all took note that it was equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the big fireplace during our rainy stay. 「Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. Really enjoyed the animals and meeting the desert tortoise. 100% will stay again in the future.」

「The property was very clean and well-maintained. Because you’re getting just a room you have to share the common areas. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us.」

The Air conditioner was very loud and did not work at times. I asked to switch rooms cuz of the AC and was told no. But it started working again although was still very loud.
