「The property was amazing! The only issue we had was with the door pad code. The one I received in my information e-mail was incorrect, but Lynette was quick to answer my phone call and tell me the correct code. In all honesty the correct code made more sense and I should have questioned the e-mail as soon as I got it. Before we left, we were already thinking of wht other events in the area may be coming up that we could stay there again.」

「It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places).
