“On arrival there were no helpful instructions / information. First impressions were terrible. The oven didn't work and we couldn't get any heating or hot water. There are two comfortable bedrooms but the accommodation is not ideal if you wish to cook your own meals or spend any time there. Once contacted the local 'agent' did her best to help and fortunately a local bar solved some of our problems!
