Panama City Beach Camp Helen State Park Hotels

"This "resort" was no resort. The room we booked was barely big enough for the bed, let alone walking around it. The bathroom was tiny. The TV didn't work. We spent one night because it was a very late arrival. The next morning, there was nowhere to get breakfast at the "resort" and we didn't have a vehicle. We requested a refund for the other 4 nights we had booked, and they apparently gave it to us. I have a receipt for the refund, but I have not received it to our bank account. I do NOT recommend this "resort". We moved to a Best Western Plus which was excellent, although not on the beach,"

"Blue Marlin was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. The two balconies were amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone to come stay. perfect for 4 people, 6 would not be ideal. Unfortunately, we had to have maintenance come fix the washing machine the first day, and also have maintenance come out and fix the internet. Would like the host to provide much better instructions on working tv, internet, reserving chairs (has to be done by certain time), where garbage was and the fact there was no recycle. "

"Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. "

"We had a wonderful week! This truly is a Slice of Paradise. The view is beautiful, and the easy access to one of our favorite beaches was the best part! It was an easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect home base for our 30A spring break trip. "

"We love staying at Annie’s Song. The location is very good and the beach access is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. The weather was cool when we were there and the master bedroom don’t appear to have heating ducts but there was a portable heater that we used. We would stay here again."

"Great location and place was accurately described. Perfect for a couple with 1/2 kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to manage bags up if traveling alone. Otherwise, place was beautiful and the location can’t be beat! Management company came and greeted us and was very responsive to questions and needs during the stay. "
