Historic Guesthouse in the Heart of Camp Verde

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located guest house on one of the most historical properties in all of the Verde Valley. This is a family friendly neighborhood with close proximity to all Verde Valley attractions. Sedona, Montezuma Castle, Payson, Wineries, Verde River kayaking and even day trips to Jerome and the Grand Canyon. Stargaze at night and soak up the morning sun on our private patio. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, Fort Verde State Historic Park, river and hikes.

The Guest House is part of a residence complex together with the main house, and another studio unit for guests.

The Guest House is a stand alone unit, recently updated. The Setup is an open concept with a sleeping area (King bed) shares the space with the full kitchen and dining table. There's a split unit AC/Heater and an electric fireplace - that has a "Heat and No Heat" Option for a cozy ambiance.

A 4k smart TV where you can connect to your streaming accounts.

The King mattress is a brand new "Sealy", perfect for a good night sleep to recharge after a day of exploring.

The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with oven and Keurig coffee maker.

Full Bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, sink and toilet.

You'll have full access to the Guest House. The patio includes seating are and propane fireplace. This space might be shared with other guests that might be staying at the studio (two guests maximum).

You might get visits from the resident pet Bodhi. He is very friendly with adults, but might snap at little ones - so please be cautious if you have little children.

Please respect areas that have "private" sign on them.

Well behaved pets, under 25 lb, allowed only. Must agree to pet fee added to your stay at the time of check in. In case any extensive cleaning is needed additional charges will be applied.
