Decided to stay another night in town and to my pleasant surprise was upgraded to an ocean view room free of charge. The bed was clean and comfortable. The building was quiet and we had a great night sleep, complimentary hot buffet breakfast and ready for the day. Laundromat and a great selection of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for tiny beds with thin blankets that barely cover you, this is your lucky day. When my husband asked if there was a room with a queen bed available as we had booked, front desk agent said no no they are all queen size, are you American? I had a tape measure, it wasn’t queen size. Total gaslight. On the upside it was definitely clean, just old.

I liked that they allowed us to bring in skis and also dogs that are well behaved. I also liked breakfast. I didn't like that the facility was old and needed significant improvements such as bathrooms. patchwork is obvious like on damaged sink and hotel was very hot with little ability to control temperature. Only option was to open window. Room was very hot at the top floor. It is an older building. Parking is shared with a plaza.

What happened?
This is my preferred hotel to stay in when I am in Campbell River for business, but this time, the room I was put into was not a quiet one. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink tap so I could not wash my face.

The room was clean and adequate. It was quiet. Bed and bedding comfortable. Really happy to have a nice robe, iron and ironing board in room. Couldn’t find a safe. Horrible view of parking lot. The rest of the hotel is very tired and needs a complete renovation.

Poor front desk staffing at night. A group of individuals were rented a room at 2am happen to be next to me I was woken to a loud party coming from the room next to me long story short after 2 complaints to front desk staff and all was quite but my stay was ruined. This place honestly is not worth the price and BS.

The view from the tower building was amazing, we enjoyed the view a lot. There are many restaurants around this hotel. However, the breakfast was not good enough, room was too cold at night and stuffs were friendly but they couldn’t support us as needed.
