「We just wanted a little place all to ourselves that felt warm and homely and this place did that for us. The log fire keeps the cottage toasty warm and the autumn leaves all around us was beautiful. The steps up can be slippery in the wet but that was to be expected with where the cottages were and with all the trees surrounding them. 」

「Such a beautiful property with everything you need and walking distance from everything. Such wonderful relaxing views and the walk around the lake was such a treat. The owner was so supportive and answered all questions I needed promptly. I really have nothing to fault at all. If I return to Daylesford in the future, I know where I will be staying. You will not be disappointed. The photos don't match the complete beauty and tranquility of this property.」

「Property was excellent in all areas that mattered to us as seniors. Clean comfort facilities and appliances accessible and access to management when necessary. 「What is not to like about this property? It's cosy, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and easy to contact but respected our privacy. Complimentary breakfast items and wine were provided along with fire wood and cooking staples. The bed was super comfortable. This place is in such a beautiful setting with an idyllic view over the valley. We sat for hours on the deck listening to the sounds of nature around us, watching the sun come up...

「We had an amazing time, thank you Jeanna :) The place is clean and has everything you could want, including a recently renovated en suite. The location is perfect for a regional getaway. We stayed for four nights and used the house as a base to explore Daylesford, Hephburn Springs, Ballarat, Bendigo and a few nearby wineries and hiking locations. Jeanna was a great host. She gave us lots of information before we got there so checking in and out and exploring the area was super easy.」

「We absolutely loved the property, the animals were a beautiful sight to wake to amidst the picturesque fields. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchenette also was well equipped. Eddie put the heaters on for us prior to our arrival so the home was very warm. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the surrounding areas. Thanks for your hospitality Eddy.」

「Lovely 2 bedroom plus bungalow home close to the main street. Luxury linens, everything is lovely quality even the tea towels. Jane lives onsite in a studio and her sister is next door so help is always available. Only issue (not mentioned in the ad) was that one bedroom is separate to the house so not suitable for anyone who needs the toilet overnight in cold weather. Gorgeous vintage furniture and a very homely vibe throughout.」
