Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento muito bom. Quarto bem limpo, contudo chuveiro péssimo, muito pouca água e não esquentava o necessário, provavelmente como o hotel estava cheio, não aumentaram o gás para esquentar a caldeira de forma suficiente a vazão.

Foi muito boa. Uma pena não disponibilizar pacote com pensão completa. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com ar muito bom. Localização na rua central de Águas. Não utilizamos área de lazer externa - 3k do hotel. No hotel piscina aquecida muito boa com hidro e sauna. Em geral foi excelente. Atendentes super educados e solícitos. Nada a reclamar. Voltarei

Hotel simples mas completinho.

Estacionamento amplo, quarto confortavel, tv, ar condicionado, bons travesseiros, cobertas limpinhas, banheiro bom. Só o chuveiro briguei um pouco para acertar a temperatura. Tinha chuveirinho no chuveiro e na privada. Um restaurante na frente, banco santander ao lado, farmacia bem pertinho.

A piscina da chácara deles, que se diz ser climatizada, mesmo no calor fica hiper gelada, porque só ligam o climatizador quando chega algum hóspede, e é logo desligada depois, sendo assim ela nunca se mantém em uma temperatura boa para se usar. Grama muito alta, sem cuidado. Já no hotel eles tem uma piscina que é toda fechada…. Mas a água também fica fria. Deveriam aquecer melhor. A pressão de água dos chuveiros é muito fraca… é uma luta conseguir lavar um cabelo de mulher... Pouca água….. Funcionários educados, bom café da manhã e bons quartos.

Hostel cheio de surpresas, melhor seria não ter.

4 dias sem Wi-Fi Tv antiga sem APP. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, pães de aparência de antes de ontem, último dia tomei café na padaria. Empregados do hotel pouco interessados em auxiliar - na solução de problemas - na recepção com as malas - chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura difícil. - calor forte e ar condicionado do restaurante desligado, sempre era necessário pedir pra ligar, com certa má vontade. Área de lazer distante 4 km do hotel (piscina descoberta, quadras, Toalhas muito finas, desgastadas, Custo benefício não vale a pena voltar.

O Hotel é razoável, bem localizado, mas os atendentes são dispersos, o café da manhã é bem básico. A piscina aquecida é ótima, apenas a hidromassagem não fica ligada por muito tempo, o acionamento é feito pela recepção, e eles desligam após alguns minutos. Achei o valor da diária em relação ao que o hotel proporciona.
