Small and comfortable villa 50 meters from the sea

This is a house of about 75 square meters. located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery.

The villa has indoor and outdoor areas.

The internal area is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, we also inform you that the management is ready to give you all assistance on any problems, information.

The outdoor area instead is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda is the top to spend most of the days. Externally we provide: barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor tables and chairs and to finish reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.

The proximity to the beach, makes the structure excellent for any eventuality ... both in the case of small children, both for those who do not want to take the car, and for disabled people. The strong point is precisely the fact of having everything at hand.
