There are deck chairs and umbrellas in the solarium and a large park where you can play. To access the swimming pool it is mandatory to wear a cap. Also, diving is strictly prohibited. If you don't have the headset, you can also buy it from us. [DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH] One of our strengths is the proximity to the beach. In fact, Case Vacanze Mare Nostrum is the only residence in the area with a swimming pool facing the beach and direct access to the sea with our private entrance (about 100 meters away). [PRIVATE INTERNAL PARKING] For your car or motorbike, we have a parking space inside our residence (max 2 cars per house). All the external areas of the structure are under video surveillance for safety reasons. [OUR AREA] Our area is well equipped with all services. In fact, within 2km you can find: large supermarkets (Conad, Ard, Todis, MD), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, lidos with equipped beaches and the water park. Our position is strategic, in fact you can reach and visit the most famous tourist destinations in Sicily in a short time. However, it would not be the same if I chose another area. From PALERMO: (Austrada Palermo-Messina) after passing the Termini Imerese junction, continue towards Catania and take the motorway exit for Buonfornello - Campofelice di Roccella. Exit at the fork, go towards Campofelice di Roccella - Cefalù - Lascari. Same thing if you come from CATANIA. After 900m, take the junction on the right in the direction of Beach. Once the subway passes, turn left onto Viale San Francesco. After 1,2 Km, turn left onto Via San Giovanni di Roccella. At the end of the road, in front of Madonna's chapel, turn right to Via Madonnina of Gibilmanna. After 200m, your destination will be on the left.
