traumhafte Idylle

Diese Unterkunft hat uns wirklich verzaubert. Das Haus steht mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer, kann aber auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das alles oberhalb des Ortes in (fast) völliger Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und hat viel Charme, ohne dass Komfort zu vermissen ist. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Ein frei zugänglicher Sandstrand ist in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wirklich ein kleines Paradies.

Marvelous Marche!

The property is lovely, with tons of views and private corners that offer variety and tranquillity. I spent a perfect weekend walking through the vineyards and olive trees, sitting in Livia’s flower-filled garden, going to the nearby beach. This lovely location combines seaside, countryside and mountains in the distance. Livia maintains the property impeccably! My room had antique furniture and charm, combined with newly-installed comfortable bathroom and a new bed. I will definitely return. Thank you!

Mondomini is one of those places you always want to return to. The large terrace offers sweeping views over the sea and the hilly landscape of the Marche. The apartment in the historic building surrounded by olive groves is furnished with extraordinary taste and ideal for two people. In front of the large living room opens a spacious loggia with shady places even in the hottest lunchtime. Livia is an attentive hostess who not only provides guests with good restaurant tips, etc. A beach with Bagni is about 5 minutes away by car, but the Marche, with its wonderfully cultivated landscape and the historic Borghi, offers enough places to spend an interesting and relaxing holiday even outside the bathing season.

a unique place . surrounded by nature with a 360 degree panorama

Livia is a perfect host and her property is really unique . 5 minutes far from the sea and close to historical villages and natural places like beaches and mountains. Perfect both for a family holiday and for couples. The house is comfortable fully furnished and the big garden is a perfect place where to spend time, read and listen to music. I stayed twice, the first time in June 2018 and in both cases the weather was great and I had a wonderful time. During the evenings you can visit small villages and taste delicious local food in nice restaurant suggested by Livia Our two days vacations in Livia's house were really fantastic and we will come back. soon.
