「The Golden rock Inn is a very special place. Up in the cooler rainforest on the side of Nevis Peak, it is a paradise of greenery and tranquility. The grounds are spectacular, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and extremely gracious, it feels like a private hideaway on a hillside with an absolutely, amazing restaurant to boot! We came for several quiet days after a stay at the Four Seasons, and it was the perfect counterpoint to a beautiful stay on Nevis. Highly recommend! 」

「The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.」

「Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening」

「Unfortunately this property appears to be significantly under maintained and managed which made for an uncomfortable stay. Prior to arrival host was insistent on communicating through whatsapp which we did not have access to right away. Information about check in was not really provided until day of - after much insistence- which due to travel challenges - created extra stress and concern about the property.
