"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"This is a basic resort that you definitely get what you paid for. With only one pool in the resort for all the guests you can expect to find a lot of dirt, hair and other items floating. Our AC in the room also leaked water all over our luggage and got a lot of items wet. It took maintenance over 2 hours to get our room to attempt to fix the AC (which he did not) and instead just poured more dirty water over clothes we had drying on a chair. When we requested to speak to a manager no manager was available at night time, when we asked about possibly getting the clothes washed or dried, we were given many ifs and unknowns. The entertainment was actually pretty good but the food was just okay with at night time having no real options or variety. The beach was clean though and was overall nice. We will definitely not be back though, definitely not worth it."

"I was expecting more for what I paid to stay at this hotel. Shower had a leak, mold, and a roach came out the drain on my last day. Was not expecting this from such a new hotel. One day my hotel key card was deactivated and had to go to the lobby to get it reactivated. This shouldn't happen at a hotel that seems to be upscale. Restaurant (Cielo I believe) at the rooftop was overpriced for horrible gummy beef which I could not finish and had to take it out my mouth and on to the plate which I've never done in my adult life nor do I consider myself to be a picky eater. Also, they need to invest on soundproof doors and windows as you can hear the guests in the hallway and car noises (in city view rooms). Other than that, the hotel was very nice."

"-NO BEER in the “mini bar”. You have to buy it at the store! $7.00 US dollars a bottle! -No hot water in the shower. -my swim up room pool very dirty, no matter how many times they cleaned it. Full of grass and bugs. -no cream for coffee -the buffet is very small and most food is cold. -if you’re a Solo Traveler like me, don’t expect to be waited on. -there is NO beach bar. -the only TV station that is not in Spanish is CNN. -the staff is very loud. Yelling to each other no matter what time it is. -it’s like you’re in a tunnel, you can hear everything and everyone. -the ocean view is only if you’re standing up or by the fence. -the check in was very non-personal."
