「The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance.
They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried...

「Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible.
I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view.
The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel.
I hope the hotel improves its customer service...
