“Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Rien ne manque et tout fonctionne parfaitement : clim, frigo, tv etc. Accueil très souriant, avec upgrade vue mer sans rien demander 😊. Personnel de ménage très gentil et souriant. Fabuleux buffet de petit déjeuner. Hôtel visiblement bien managé. Nous avions pris 2 nuits, nous sommes restés 4 !
Juste à savoir : parking gratuit mais plus difficile le soir.
Suggestion : remplacer les échantillons de savon /shampoing par des bouteilles fixées au mur, comme……

“Very high level of cleanliness.pleasant staff.Good variety of fresh food in dinning area. Good ondoor pool, sauna and gym.was given an extremely small unsuitable room. But happy was given a different room the next day.”

“Enjoyed every bit of it - professional coaching, hospitable staff, gd range of facilities and services. Will definitely come back!
However, for the stay and play programme, the sessions run from 12:30 - 14:30 every day. After washing and lunch, you’re left only several hours to explore the other parts of the island. May need to take this into consideration when planning your trip!”

“Hotel El Vicenç De La Mar in Cala Sant Vicenç is stunning—ultra-modern, chic, and beautifully designed. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We loved the complimentary spa pools and sauna, and the private theater experience was amazing—they even served us popcorn, appetizers, and drinks while we watched a movie. Highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back!”

“Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved.
Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings.
The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options.
