Nice hotel,good service
這間酒店位置很方便而且員工很友善。房間細了些小不過很潔淨,舒適,在房裡還可以看到大部分芹苴城市。美中不足是冷氣不夠涼啊

總體來說還不錯
第二次入住,設備算新、食物不錯、房間乾淨。但是隔音不好,連續兩次入住都遇到隔壁電視開很大聲, 而且一直傳來關門的聲音,晚上睡覺很困擾。

Samlet svarende til 2 stjerner.
Hotellet lå centralt. Standarden var ringe. Deres spa afdeling var helt lukket ned og poolen var så ussel at man på ingen måde havde lydt til at hoppe i. Værelset var i ringe stand og der var beskidt. Personalet gjorde hvad de kunne for at yde service. Aircondition dryppede ned i vores hoved om natten og vand løb ud af køleskabet. Når man bestiller hotel med spa og pool må det som minimum være formentlig at det kan bruges. Skybaren var helt ude af funktion.

Check in and check out with me. Was horrific for me.We were trying to keep up with my wife family My wife broke a bone in her foot. I pleaded with the front desk to let us out the next day so I could bring her home to her family Binh Dai. No way the front desk fired back. So my wife went with mom home with cast on broken bone. My wife may have left 2 water glasses 2 spoons around Iris Hotel as I pushed her in forgot to turn in her room key. They don’t care, a small fortune was paid by me because of that honest mistake. If you don’t care about customer service, please stay there. It’s a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Can Tho. If customer service means anything at all, stay far far away from this hotel. You’ll make the right decision. The rest of the staff security, bell hop service was 10. Front desk was cold as ice. Nhung and Man were their names. Jimmy from California United States. Enjoy Vietnam while you’re here. I sure did.

Phenomenal Hotel
Excellent hotel. Every time I go to Can Tho I stay here. Great amenities, modern rooms, great staff, good breakfast, they have it all. I came at 3 am because of bad logistical planning, but the staff was gracious enough to check me in without any complaints. Truly amazing place

Sky bar is fine but closes to early even at TET. No chance to buy a bathrobe or the indoor slippers , although I asked several times ;the management is invisible ! Partly the breakfast was a little bit poor ; when too many tourists at breakfast the staff is in trouble (because no management !) No organisation/help for a bustransfer for example to the bus to saigon NOT EVEN a telephone call. Partly poor english knowledge STAFF itself is very friendly

The Breakfast was excellent as is the location. The hotel is in need of updating in most areas. I ran the shower in my room for 15 minutes before it finally became hot. Not quite a 4 star hotel, but try it if you get a bargain

宿泊だけならいいホテル
部屋もシャワールームもとても清潔でした。洗面所がとても広く、脱衣所に棚が便利でした。ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。ベランダから川や橋が見えて、景色も良かったです。(デラックス、リバーサイドに宿泊)  不満点は、宿泊する前日、メールでバイクがレンタル出来るか聞いて、可能と返信が来ましたが、実際は「そのサービスはしていない」と言われました。電話番号を教えてくれたのは、ありがたかったですが、ベトナム語が話せない外国人に自分で電話しろというのは、不親切なホテルだと思いました。 宿泊だけなら、いいホテルだと思います。

As a return customer and this is my second visit to the Hotel within six month. This time, I am very unhappy due to bad impression at he check in. The reception staffs are rude and unprofessional, needs to mprove. Regardless, the Hotel is clean other services are good but again I am very dissapointed. I would have to think twice, whether I would come bak again.

Never come back. Highly not recommend others
Receptionist was rude by waving to guest to the counter instead of going to the sofa to talk. Room was noisy when we could hear water flush and TV noise of the next door. Also, the room was smelly as the hotel used cheap smell spray, it is not deserved with the 4-star hotel. Terrible room service when they applied extra charge for water refills. Don’t reserve the room for customer even when they already charged money.

日本人が宿泊してみた
カントー市でリーズナブルな5つ星ホテルで、快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水圧も許せる範囲内でした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、日本食は味噌汁ぐらいですが、卵料理を調理してくれ、オムレツが美味しかったです。日本人スタッフはおらず日本語は使えませんが、英語は問題なく使えました。 wifiはあまり期待しない方がいいです。

Während unseres Ausflugs ins Mekong-Delta haben wir eine Nacht im Iris Hotel verbracht. Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich. Der Hotelpool ist klein und sollte wärmer sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung ok.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Very close to everything in the city of Can Tho and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very quiet rooms considering the streets are a bit noisy. Only thing I’d recommend is booking your rooms only. They won’t honour the prices you see online through this third party websites such as Expedia. Other than that great hotel.

One of the best option
It was comfortable for the price. There was almost no difference from Vinpearl hotel, including the location. You can decide whether just on their prices.
