此次共預訂4個雙人房2晚,辦理入住時,櫃檯說手續皆已完成並包含所有的早餐,但是第二天中午卻說有一間房只能住一天,經過出示訂房記錄才補辦第二天的住房卡。 第三天的早餐時,餐廳說明一間房不能用餐,經出示訂房記錄,又說必須支付一人的餐費。 由於飯店於12月31日辦理跨年倒數的售票活動,我們在入住時櫃檯已賣完,12月31日上午我們問櫃檯,櫃檯要我們問旅遊諮詢處,諮詢處又要我們問餐廳,餐廳又要我們到六樓的泳池吧台詢問,最後在泳池吧台買到票。 整個過程令人不愉快,員工的訓練非常不足,這次是我第二次入住,感受與上次差太多。

櫃台工作人員在我們入住時說一切都己辦好没有問题,第二天却說有一間房只訂一天,經出示訂房記錄才又續辦住宿。 第二天要参加飯店辦的跨年倒數,先説已滿額,又經過轉了三個單位才確定是到泳池吧台購票。 足證飯店的工作人員訓練不足。

完美的五星級飯店
飯店非常漂亮,是這一區最醒目的地標大樓,所以我們步行探索市區的時候不擔心迷路,很容易可以找到飯店,飯店人員非常熱心有禮貌,有耐心答覆我們關於旅遊的問題,房間非常的新穎乾淨,這次入住20樓,窗外就是超美的夜景,非常驚艷,浴室還貼心附有沐浴鹽,讓走了一天的我們能好好泡澡放鬆,晚上在泳池旁的bar喝杯調酒也很棒,風景很漂亮,飯店裡的公用廁所也超乾淨,提供擦手用的毛巾而不是衛生紙,環保加分,整天而已實在很棒,沒什麼好挑剔的!有機會一定會再來!

My room with riverside view and the helpful front desk and the receptionist staff place me on the 27th floor with an impeccable bird’s eye view of the river and the brilliance lights at night on the main street. Additionally, the breakfast buffet here is The BEST I have had for the range hotels like this there is so much selection of local flavors just wish I could eat more and not gaining weight. Special appreciation to: Nhi Hy, Ken Pham, Tình, Khoa, Huy, Lược, Thao, Vu, Truong and Thien Will be back!
