Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
8/10 Good
"Compared to other hotesl we stayed in on this trip, the hotel was a little tired. The shower room was a bit old-fashioned and there was no fridge in the room (which we knew beforehand) The hotel did however, in addition to an ice-machine, have a very good machine providing chilled water and a supply of re-usable bottles. Having arrived very late on our first night we were very grateful for the attached restaurant where we ate and the food was very good."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
10/10 Excellent
"This is truly a beautiful hotel — the facilities and rooms are really well done. The location is great. The only negative is that the rooms are quite small, but it really doesn’t diminish the experience."

The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta

"Convenient"

Seaport Hotel Boston
8/10 Good
"My only complaint was that the beds were two small. My husband and two children (ages 12 and 16) stayed on two, twin beds. It would be better for any room that is to accommodate 4 people be furnished with Queen size beds."

HFX Airport Hotel
6/10 Okay
"You get what you pay for here. The beds were very good, sheets were soft and it was quiet. Breakfast was unremarkable but coffee was good. Restaurant on site was a pub but convenient. No open window but air system worked well."

The Barrington Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location! 5 minute walk to the Harbourfront, buses, ferry to Dartmouth, and close to the commons area. Check-in and check-out, we're quick and easy. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The thermostat is a little outdated, it has no auto setting, and can be a little loud at night."

Harborside Inn Of Boston
8/10 Good
"The room was very nice and spacious and I commend the cleanliness. Also, I love the idea that they only will do housekeeping if you ask for it. I, for one, do not want people milling around in my room when I’m away for the day. And, wasting water and labor to clean sheets and towels. The restaurant next-door was quite tasty and a good bargain with 20% off. My main problems were the total whack of any kind of a fitness center. I mean it does not take much to convert one or two rooms to provide this basic service which is pretty much understood to be standard fare. Also, there are no desks in the rooms. I understand why this is not a business hotel. It is designed to cater to tourists going to Faneuil Hall or the aquarium. The problem is that the only flat surface in the room is a stone pedestal table. And mine was not secured properly to the base. Two separate days I asked for them to fix the device and replace it. And nothing happened, despite assurances that it would be taken care of. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as a tourist destination but not for business."

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO

"The room was not clean when I checked in. The location is ideal."

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

"I was disappointed at the staff for not making an eff"
