Spacious, clean and well appointed. Close to City Walk for shopping and dining. The parking was a bonus too being underground it kept the car cool in the summer heat.

A lovely little stay very close to restaurants, the city and the lake. Central to most of the interesting points of Canberra. This loft style unit just made our visit so much easier

wash machines were not clean.
wash machines on the ground floor and 1st floor were not clean, which made us concern about the cleaness of the beddings. I actually cleanded the trapped hair, dust, dirt, and grime in the filter of the wash machine on the ground floor, in which was full of beddings!! for the wash machine in the upper floor, there were lots of the residues of washing powder under the lid, which indicated the machine was not cleaned regularly and it was hard for us to use it to wash our clothes.

The owner looted us with extra charges
I had booked this property for 2 days. And this is my worst experience ever. We vacated the property on time but was than sent a message from the owner that he is charging me extra for $130 for deep cleaning. I sent a message immediately to the owner to give me a proof of the damage . He reverted back that he will send me the details on the same day . But nothing happened . I sent him the reminder and he again said that he was outside and will send me the video again. But nothing happened . Now there is a charge of $130 deducted from my CC. This is clear looting of money . I have raised a complaint against him in stayz but also wanted to write a review because I don’t want others to suffer . The owner is just taking advantage of things. I had even tried to contact the owner for some details before I went to the property but he did not care to revert . I will surely file a big complaint with the concerned authorities but request others to be careful before you book this property . This is clearly not done and a big mental and financial torture.

We stayed at this place and we have paid handsomely to the host. The property was just cleaned on the same day and there were too many clothes and and sheet that were in the washing machines. After we completed our trip 1 week later the host posted new charges on my stay which purely illogical. If you have shared your credit card with this property be extremely careful. The charges are very much malicious.

A nice apartment in a very convenient location however traffic and pedestrian noise was very noticeable. Also, there is currently construction work using scaffolding on the building facade. The property host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our week.

Very bad experience. Wotif took my booking in February and money immediately. Contacted Wotif Friday when there was clearly a problem getting in to our booked accommodation. Wotif then passed me on to a USA business who didn't help at all. Cost us a lot $$ booking elsewhere! Repay me immediately for what you didn’t provide!

Wonderful location and clean apartment
Our family stayed there for 4nights. Location was so convenient and the apartment was so clean we could walked to CBD and less driving. All visit places were within 10min by driving. They prepared some toiletries such as towels, toilet papers, oil, salts and many more. It was so relaxing and cosy apartment.

The property suited our needs, as being clean, tidy and centrally close to the city and Floriade. Good secure parking offered. Passing by pedestrian traffic was noisey at times, but given proximity to the Floriade gardens it’s a major entry & access point. No problems as these were day light hours regardless.

Reunion Weekend in Canberra
Travelled with my wife and Son and stayed at the property for three nights. The unit was exceptionally clean and is very central to Canberra. It had everything necessary for our stay and we loved the layout. A very nice place to stay.

This was a tidy, warm and clean townhouse located within east walking distance to Canberra CBD. We stayed with our two you d kids, who were very comfortable on the sofa bed.

The accommodation was amazing! Very neat and clean also a great location. Did try and get in contact with the property manager and didn’t get a reply. Apart from that it was great. Was worried about the under ground parking with the 2inch lift on my Ute and antenna but made it in just have to take it slow.

Apartment was very well appointed and clean. Location is great and easy walking distance in to Civic and over to the Lake. Will definitely be back again.
