Guests have full exclusive use of the whole apartment. The communal facilities (eg pool, sauna etc) are shared with other residents.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
