Enjoy the convenience of city living in this well-located apartment, right in the heart of Braddon. Surrounded by popular cafés, bars, galleries, and restaurants, everything you need is just steps away. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, practical space — a great spot to relax after a day out in the city.

You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 40` TCL smart TV which you can use to access Netflix and your YouTube account. We`ve setup a login profile for Netflix. Note that we don`t provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available on the slip road in front of the building and along Mort Street.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s rooftop.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Your keys are offsite @ 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon - 300 metres from the property.

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

On foot, you’re just minutes from Braddon’s vibrant café and dining scene, with Lonsdale Street, Haig Park, and the Canberra Centre all within a 5–10 minute stroll. Whether you`re heading out for coffee, groceries, or a relaxed evening, most essentials are easily walkable.

The light rail makes exploring even easier—the Elouera Street stop is just a 3-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Dickson, Gungahlin, and the City. It’s a smooth and scenic way to travel around Canberra without the need for a car.

Buses are also readily available, with stops nearby on Mort Street and Northbourne Avenue. These connect you to ANU, Barton, Woden, and other major destinations, making public transport a practical option for both work and leisure.

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.

**Check-In & Check-Out**

- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.

**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.

**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
